Hey there to Finland,
as Soese wrote you get an absolutely competent hockey specialist. But in my opinion his coaching has not only advantages.
* It's one of the most important things for him to avoid penaltys (is that the right word – 2 minutes, 2+2 and so on, you know what i mean). That's an important thing in general, but in my opinion he's not always right with that. Cause if there's a team which plays hard and "dirty" and the ref let them do the dirty things, the own team has no chance to show a suitable reaction. I think we lost the 1/4-final against Nürnberg three years ago because of that. We was the better team but they was the harder team and went into the 1/2-final.
* He critizize players public – again and again. In one case he "destroyed" an own player in the press conference after the game, and the player was suspended one day later. That was completely unworthy!
* He consist to play his system (which is smart in general): a strong defense with fast switching to attack the other team (i hope you understand what i mean

). But if there are players who are not able to play this system he is not able to change to another system.
But don't get me wrong. As Soese wrote, you got an excellent expert, who gave us one of the most successful times in the history of our club.
Greetings to Finland and excuse my lousy english!
